(photo by Maluding Deeto)YALA: All bus services to Betong district have been suspended in the wake of the attack on Sunday, when armed men torched a double-decker bus after ordering the passengers to leave it. Paniwan Ruangmanee, chief of Yala bus terminal under Transport Co, said she had ordered a halt to all Betong services until it is judged safe for them to resume. The bus had departed Betong, heading to Bangkok, with 11 passengers, the driver and a bus attendant. He said the bus wreckage would be removed today, and taken to Ranger Task Force 33 for forensic examination for evidence.
